...why would they have democratically elected the violent terror organization, Hamas? Hamas clearly states that they reject a two-state solution and their objective is the destruction of the state of Israel and the genocide of the Jewish people in the middle-east.
It is my contention that every civilian voter who cast their vote for Hamas, cast a vote for war. Therefore, they are NOT innocent civilians. They chose this path. They did NOT vote for peace. Hamas promised war and NOT peace.
Israel understands this, yet they spend millions in precision-guided munition in order to protect the same civilians who voted for their destruction.

How mind-bogglingly ignorant of you...sure, ignore all of Israel's transgressions; never mind the settlement building, the constant air raids, political assissinations, land-, sea-and air- space control, beatings, against a peoples who were dispossessed of their land and forced to live in an open-air prison with settlements begirding their town in a small pocket.
Sure Hamas have a malicious agenda, but it's far far far less malevolent than the one Israel has systemically imposed upon the Palestinains.
And finally, to correct your frankly-retarded preposterous presumption that Israel "spends millions" on precision-guided weapons, well, this shouldn't come as news to you but the U.S. gives Israel some 3 billion dollars in aid every year which they spend of illegal munitions such as WP and DIME weapons. Worse, is their consistent use of cluster bombs, illegal in almost 95% of the world.
People like you, Americans living in their lush luxury (compared to those civilians - CHILDREN who can't vote, mind you), who condone the killing of civilians should be spat-on on sight. You are truly disgusting.
I do not condone attacks against Israeli civilians one bit, but I realize that Palestinians have grown weary of being massacred over the last 6 decades.
